Add your business, or correct what we show
Are you a UK vet practice? Use the form below for either of two things. If you publish your prices but aren’t listed on Vet Cost Index at all, send us your details and we’ll add you. If a figure we already show doesn’t match what your website publishes — or you’d like to add context or a clarification — tell us and we’ll put it right. We respond to every submission and verify against the public disclosure on your own website.
What we will do: verify what you send against your own website, add the business or update the captured row, send you a reply confirming what changed, and reflect it on the next publish.
Where your prices will come from: the page on your own site where you publish them, read by us and stored with its address and the date we read it. That is why the form asks for a link rather than for the figures: every price here carries its source and its capture date, and one typed into a form would carry neither.
What we won’t do: accept submissions that ask us to remove your practice from the index entirely (we list every regulated practice; the register is public). We also won’t insert prices that aren’t published on your website, or take a figure from this form in place of your own disclosure — the index is built strictly from what you publish.
Urgent removal: If a captured figure is materially incorrect and you need it taken down before the next publish, email markets@indexeli.com directly. We action urgent removals within a working day.
